I have always felt the need to support others in feeling better, and through Shiatsu I found a way to make that calling tangible in a professional way. I have been fully dedicated to this art since 2012, learning with every person I meet and grateful for the opportunity it gives me to connect with their essence. I trained at Amigos del Shiatsu (Madrid) and have continued my education ever since through postgraduate courses, workshops and seminars in Spain and other European countries.
Between 2015 and 2019 I was an active member of APSE (Spanish Association of Shiatsu Professionals), editing its quarterly magazine. Since 2023 I have been serving as APSE’s secretary, working to promote and disseminate Shiatsu at a national level. I trained as a teacher at the Ameba Shiatsu School in Madrid in order to share this gift and contribute to spreading this manual therapy.
